Guidelines For Poster & E-Poster Preparation

1. All Posters should be prepared in A0 size (33.1/8 x 46.13/16 in or 841 x 1189 mm or 84.1 x 118.8 cm) and set in portrait orientation. If it does not conform to this maximum size, we regret it may not be possible to mount the poster.
2. Use legible fonts and larger size preferably more than size 20.
3. Figures, tables, graphs and/or photographs can be used where suitable but should be presented in a clear, concise tabular format.
4. The poster should include the title of the poster, Authors and their Affiliations, Corresponding author email address.
5. If any logo of the affiliated institutions is used, it may be added in the upper left-hand of the poster.
6. Poster number should be mentioned in the upper right-hand corner of the poster and the first author/ presenting author’s photograph on the right-hand corner of the poster (optional). Poster number will be announced when it is close to the conference start date.
7. The contents of the poster should include Background, Objectives, Methods, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, References and Acknowledgement.
8. For posters on literature review, the contents should include Introduction, Literature review, Methods used, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
9. Please bring your poster with you – do not send it to us in advance. Presenters will be allotted specific slots for their poster presentation at which time the presenters need to mount the poster and be available at their poster for presentation and discussion. Please take down your poster at the end of the allotted slot.
10. Velcro for mounting your poster will be provided at the secretariat counter.
11. The poster board is double-sided with one presentation on each side. Your assigned number will be in the upper right-hand corner of the poster board. The boards will be arranged in numerical order in the exhibit area.
12. A handout with the key messages of your poster and your contact details will be helpful, and you are encouraged to bring some with you (optional).
13. For e-poster presentation, please save your poster in PDF format and send it by 23rd February 2024 via email to cipmmorganiser2024@gmail.com.
