Oral Presentation Guidelines

1. Each presenter will be given a time slot of 10 minutes in total, which is distributed between 8 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of Q&A.
2. Presenters must strictly adhere to the time limit of presentation (8 minutes).
3. Presenters are to save their presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format (ppt./pptx.) with their full name (presenting author only) and oral presentation number as the file name. (Eg. Lidya binti Abu_OP-21).
4. Ensure your PowerPoint presentation is in a 16:9 ratio (1,920 x 1,080 pixels).
5. Presenters are strongly requested to send their presentation slides to the secretariat by 23rd February 2024, via email to cipmmorganiser2024@gmail.com. Please use ‘ICIPMM Oral Presentation Slide Submission’ as the email subject.
6. Presenters are recommended to verify their presentation for compatibility and proper operation during break time before their respective presentation slots. If necessary, especially if there is embedded multimedia content, you will have the final opportunity to adjust or tweak your presentation at that time.
7. The conference will be equipped with a laptop that is connected to the projector and microphones will be provided.
8. We suggest the presenting author to bring his/her own computer and a USB thumb drive with presentation materials as backup.
