Poster Specifications

• Format: A1 size (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm)
• Orientation: Portrait
• Font: Use clear, professional fonts such as Arial, Helvetica, or Times New Roman, etc., with consistent formatting throughout.
• All e-poster submissions are required to be in PDF. Please ensure that the PDF file name includes the participant’s name and abstract ID (e.g., AliBakar_AB123.pdf).
• Submit your e-poster by 30th October 2026 via the official submission link.
• Ensure the poster is readable at 100x magnification.

Suggested Poster Content Structure

Each poster must clearly display the following information:

• Title of Research
• Name(s) of the Author(s)
• Affiliation(s)
• Email address of the presenting author

Posters should also include the following sections, where relevant:

• Introduction / Background
• Objectives
• Methodology
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• References
• Acknowledgements

Use visual elements (figures, tables, and graphs) to enhance understanding. Avoid long paragraphs and information overload.

 Submit your e-poster via the designated Google Form by 30th October 2026.
