All participants are to submit an abstract for the e-poster presentation. Abstracts must be prepared according to the following guidelines and must strictly adhere to the official abstract template. Non-compliant submissions may be rejected.

Language

All abstracts must be written and submitted in English (UK).

Format and Template Compliance

Use Times New Roman font.

Font size, spacing, and alignment must follow the official Abstract Template.

The abstract must be typed using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).

Word Limit

The abstract text must not exceed 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

Abstract Structure

The abstract must include the following sections:

• Background
• Objectives
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Keywords

Provide 3 to 5 keywords that best represent the content of your research.

Required Information

Abstracts must include the title of the research, name(s) of author(s), institutional/organisation affiliation(s), and the email address of the corresponding author.

Submission Instructions

To ensure smooth processing and review, please name your abstract file using the following format:

Participant’s Full Name_Institution.docx

Example: NurAisyahZulkifli_UniKLRCMP.docx

Abstracts must be submitted via the abstract submission link by 22nd September 2026.

Abstract Review and Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and an acceptance email will be sent to the registered participant, along with the abstract ID.
