Student Representative Committee

The Student Representative Committee (SRC) is a group of elected student leaders. The SRC is a great medium for students to enhance their communication & leadership skills. SRC is also a platform to practice people and event management skills through various student activities, events and project planning.

The roles of the SRC are to:

  • Improve student development and welfare qualities via strategic collaboration & research
  • Nurture dynamic qualities of a student leader which promotes unity
  • Advocate positive image and powerful branding of the University via student development transformation plans and framework,
  • Contribute to the society through academic and knowledge sharing
  • Consistently plan, develop and maintain the quality and standards of the information delivery system related to students’ safety, welfare and rights.

SRC Mission

To lead the mission of creating competent students who are knowledgeable and will be able to contribute to the society specifically and also the nation at large

SRC Objectives

Serves in the best interest and welfare of UniKL RCMP students
Serves as the ‘mouthpiece’ of the entire student bodies
Provides a proper, professional platform of communication between students and the Management of UniKL
Fosters good relationship between students, UniKL Staff and the surrounding community
Increase professionalism via lifelong learning
Extend help and services as part of social responsibilities to the community
