Physiotherapists help people of all ages who have physical problems caused by illness, accident or ageing. Physiotherapy techniques can improve the ability to use parts of the body that have been affected by disease or injury. For example, arthritis is a long-term condition that causes painful and stiff joints. Physiotherapy can help to keep the joints mobile (able to move) and strengthen the surrounding muscles.

A Diagnostic Radiographer is defined as a professional from the Allied Health Science Group trained in the use of X-rays and other sophisicated diagnostic imaging systems, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computerised tomography (CT), mammography, radionuclide imaging, angiography and digital radiography for the purpose of producing diognastic quality medical images to enable the Radiologist (a specialist doctor in Radiology) to diagnose diseases and abnormalities of the human body.
