Poster & E-Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. Poster Specifications
  • Format: A0 size (84 cm x 119 cm)
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Mounting Method: Posters must be mounted using push pins provided by the organizing committee.
  • Title: Must be in block letters at least 8–10 cm (3–4 inches)
  • Main Text: Should be at least 1 cm in height, readable from 1–2 meters.
  • Font: Use clear, professional fonts such as Arial, Helvetica, or Times New Roman with consistent formatting throughout.
  • All e-poster submissions are required to be in PDF format. Please ensure that the pdf file name includes the presenter’s name and abstract ID (e.g., eposter_AliBakar_AB123.pdf). Submit your e-poster by 24th September 2025 via the official submission link.

 

  1. Face-to-face presenters are required to set up their posters before the session begins and remain available near their posters to engage with judges and participants. Posters must be removed promptly and the area cleaned up at the end of the presentation session.

 

  1. Suggested Poster Content Structure

Each poster must clearly display the following information:

  • Title of the Research
  • Name(s) of the Author(s)
  • Affiliation(s)
  • Email address of the presenting author

 

  1. Posters should also include the following sections, where relevant:
  • Introduction / Background
  • Objectives
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References
  • Acknowledgements

 

  1. Use visual elements (figures, tables, and graphs) to enhance understanding. Avoid long paragraphs and overcrowding of information.
