E-Video Presentation Guidelines
For International Participants
- Video Requirements
- Platform: Upload your video to YouTube and set the visibility to “Unlisted” (not “Private”, so it can be accessed with a link).
- Duration: Maximum 7 minutes.
- Format: Landscape, with clear audio and visuals.
- Language
All presentations must be delivered in English.
- Slide Preparation
- Slides may be created using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or any other suitable software that supports audio narration and export to video.
- Ensure clear audio quality and readable visuals.
- Presenters are responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the submission.
- Speaker’s video must be visible (e.g., picture-in-picture format or embedded webcam view throughout the video)
- You may use screen-recorded slides with voice-over and speaker view.
- Recommended Content Structure
Instead of a traditional structure, focus on impact and storytelling. You may include:
- Title Slide (Name & Institution)
- What problem does your research solve?
- Why does it matter to the community or nation?
- What have you discovered or achieved?
- What’s next — your vision or potential impact?
- Acknowledgments (if any)
Keep it engaging, clear, and audience-friendly!
- Q&A Session
- All e-video presenters must join a live Q&A session on the day of the colloquium.
- Duration: 3 minutes
- The schedule will be provided in advance.
- Submission
- Upload your video to YouTube and set it to Unlisted.
- Submit your video link via the official submission link by 24th September 2025.
- Late or non-compliant submissions may not be considered.
