Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. All presentation slides must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format with a widescreen ratio of 16:9 (1,920 x 1,080 pixels). Any video content must be embedded directly within the PowerPoint file. Please avoid using internet-based video links such as YouTube or other streaming services, as they may not function reliably during the presentation.

  2. Each presenter will be allocated a total of 15 minutes, consisting of 10 minutes for the presentation and an additional 5 minutes for a question-and-answer session.
  3. To ensure smooth flow and fairness to all presenters, you are kindly reminded to strictly adhere to the allocated time. A timing device or moderator cue may be used during sessions.
  1. Presenters are strongly encouraged to use Microsoft PowerPoint for their slides. Please ensure that the PowerPoint file name includes the presenter’s name and abstract ID (e.g., Oral_AliBakar_AB123.pptx). Submit your presentation slide by 24th September 2025 via the official submission link.

  2. Oral presentation room will be equipped with a computer connected to a video projector, as well as standard audio equipment, including microphones.
  3. Presenters are required to visit their assigned presentation venue at least one hour before their scheduled session. This allows time to verify that their presentation runs smoothly on the computer provided and to make any final adjustments if needed. This is especially important for those using embedded multimedia content, such as videos.
  4. To ensure smooth presentation, all presenters are strongly advised to bring a USB flash drive containing their presentation materials. If possible, presenters are also encouraged to bring their laptops as backup.
