Oral Presentation Guidelines

INSTRUCTION TO PRESENTERS

 ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• Each presentation is allocated 10 minutes.
• Presenters must strictly adhere to the presentation time limit (10 minutes).
• There will be a 5-minute question and answer session after each presentation.
• Presenters are to save their presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format (ppt./pptx.) with their full name (presenting author only) and oral presentation number as the file name. (E.g. Latifah Binti Omar_OP88).
• Presentation should be in English using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Presenters are strongly requested to send their presentation slides to the secretariat by 5 November 2024 via email to kogila@unikl.edu.my, cc subhashini@unikl.edu.my.
• The conference will be equipped with a laptop that is connected to the projector, and microphones will be provided.
• We suggest the presenting author bring his/her computer and a USB thumb drive with presentation materials as a backup.
